Access to the Vespper application or MCP service may require an account and API key. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued to you and for activity performed through your account.

Plan features, usage limits, support, deployment controls, and commercial terms are those shown when you subscribe or those stated in an applicable customer agreement.

Vespper and its licensors retain their rights in the website, product, branding, and original materials. References to third-party products, companies, or trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Benchmark and research materials describe the methodology and results stated on their publication date. You may link to them, but may not present altered results as Vespper findings.

The site links to third-party services such as documentation, scheduling, community, and social platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Public website materials are provided for general information and may change. Except where a written customer agreement says otherwise, the website is provided without warranties, and Vespper is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on public website materials, to the extent permitted by law.
